Before I say anything I want to say thank you to my sister Carla. Genuinely without this magical gift you gave me I would not even be here. I would have never thought to create a website to host all my creative endeavors and if I did it would have taken me way longer to figure out so I thank you for always believing in me and supporting me <3.

Mushy stuff aside, this is literally the coolest thing I have ever done/ created. And I have done a lot and created a lot of things that I think are pretty cool. My entire life I have been addicted to writing my every thought and every feeling and for several years I wasn’t sure how I wanted to showcase my inner world to the world. Or if I even wanted to. Then this crazy thing happened during the end of 2023. I entered this writing challenge someone at my job told me about. I thought it was a scam low-key however I figured every famous writers story has to start somewhere. So I did the sites challenge where you write something every single day for however many days it was and then at the end you take the next steps to publishing it as a book. Like a real book! Truthfully I did not write new things every day as that time of my life was pretty overwhelming so I just uploaded a lot of my writings that I had been holding on to for years. When the challenge ended I wasn’t sure what to expect then I got an email congratulating me on finishing and letting me know what the next steps would be to becoming a published author. Days go by, lots of back and forth between myself and this company and next thing I know I’m picking a book cover and getting an ISBN. So as of March 2024 I can officially say I am a published author. Not many people know and truthfully I forget most of the time however as I have started writing, painting, making collages and overall creating again I decided I no longer want it to be something that I forget. I want my words to create communities and reach people. I want others to know that they are not alone in the darkness.

So I have spent the last 3 days giving my all to this website. Lots of editing and creating it to hopefully be a magical space on the internet. I hope this reaches many people and I hope YOU that’s currently reading this stick around for a while because I have some pretty cool things in store for this website. 🙂
